Detroit Run is redefining modern alternative rock with a huge sound, arena-sized anthems, and an unstoppable work ethic. Comprised of Tom Haywood, Gary White, Nathan Dillon, and Wes Cunningham, Detroit Run made an instant impact with their debut EP, Room 14, featuring the standout tracks “Crimson Tears” and “Chasing Shadows.” Their momentum only grew in 2023 with the release of three powerful singles—“Maniac,” “Worst Enemy,” and the breakout anthem “Sleepwalker”—solidifying their position as a rising force in the alt-rock landscape. That summer, the band embarked on their first UK tour, culminating in a sold-out hometown headline show in Liverpool, proving their ability to draw crowds and deliver an unforgettable live experience.

2024 saw the release of “Prototype”, a track that captured the intensity and urgency of modern rock, hailed as “the soundtrack to the apocalypse.” Their reputation as an explosive live act was further reinforced with a sold-out support slot for Japanese metal titans Jiluka and their selection for Planet Rock’s Winter’s End Festival in 2025—an achievement that places them alongside some of the biggest names in rock.
